Ingredients List

🌿 4 cups water – Healing, cleansing, and foundation-setting.
🌿 ¼ cup dried lavender buds – Peace, relaxation, clarity of thought.
Note: Lavender tea works just as well! Perfect for foraging in the concrete jungle.
🌿 ½ cup fresh lemon juice – Purification, emotional cleansing, renewal.
🌿 ⅓ cup sugar – Sweetening intentions, love, and attraction.
🌿 Ice cubes – Preservation of intention until activated.
🌿 Lemon slices (for garnish) – Amplifies purification and clarity energy.

Method: Brewing the Magic

  1. Brew the Lavender- Place the lavender leaves in a teapot with a strainer, allowing it to brew for about 5-10 minutes while you prep. Imagine the lavender bringing peace, infusing the water with tranquility as it seeps. You could also:
    1. Moon Charge: Let it rest under the moon’s glow overnight for deeper clarity.
    2. Sun Charge: Steep in golden sunlight for extra energy and purification.
    3. Crystal Infusion: Set amethyst or clear quartz near the pitcher to amplify intention.
  2. Squeeze the Lemon -  As you squeeze the lemon, envision your troubles dissolving like pulp, clearing space for fresh opportunities. If using a juicer, turn counterclockwise to banish negativity.
  3. Pour the Sugar- Into a large pitcher that is able to handle heat.
  4. Pour the Lavender Tea- Into the pitcher while the tea is still warm.
  5. Add the Lemon Juice- Make sure you add every drop to harness all the good intentions.
  6. Add Plenty of Ice- To freeze your intentions in place until they are consumed and activated.
  7. Pour the Water- As you pour, visualize the strong, steady foundation you wish to build—whether in relationships, work, or personal growth.
  8. Stir with Intention- Stir clockwise to draw in peace, clarity, and abundance. If releasing stress, stir counterclockwise to let go of worries.

Once combined, your elixir is ready to enjoy. Best served cold, but try adding a splash to hot lavender tea for a zesty twist.

As you take the first sip, notice the crispness of the lemon, the floral calm of lavender, and the gentle sweetness that lingers. Let this moment anchor you in clarity and peace.

"I drink in clarity, I drink in peace. I release what no longer serves me, and I welcome what is meant to be."
